We developed a great partnership with Christina as she helped us with our Human Resources strategy, data collection, and analysis. As a start-up growing into a mid-sized biotechnology company, we often grappled with how to use our internal data smartly to gauge and respond to our changing professional development, internal information sharing, and employee management needs.  Christina helped us design data collection efforts that dynamically align with our core values and goals and assisted our team in conceptualizing and building employee and organizational health surveys to productively collect new data. Her approach is one that elegantly joins empirical rigor and big picture creativity.

Prior to working with Quantily, we did not have outside perspectives on our technology or content.  We were able to get input from a group of participants with a wide range of experience. How do we get the data we need to create the actions and progress the organization seeks. She is able to speak about her work in a way that fits the audience whether it's a leadership team or an audience of Entrepreneurs at a virtual Summit which is enormously helpful in recruiting the whole organization to support the important work being done by Quantily. Christina is very strategic in her thinking and as a result of working with her, we have aligned our organization with a leader who has contributed far more than the specific projects.

Dr. Steiner is very adept at making masses of quantitative information and regression models legible to non-specialists and teasing out their operational implications.
